  Always amazing! Staff is on point! From Taylor at the front to Albert, our server, Erlish the busser and of course, Michael, the General Manager, the team takes the best of care of you from start to finish! I am obsessed with the calamari, salmon, and tiramisu🤩 Now.. for the play-by-play... Dinner was a home run! Starting at home plate with Taylor, the hostess, who was so kind and understanding over the phone, to first base, our server, Albert. He was so patient and attentive to our needs, as was General Manager, Michael over at 2nd base, whose kindness, professionalism and work ethic are unmatched. He expedites the food perfectly, driving the play over to third... where the thoughtfully prepared dishes took the field. It's nearly impossible to find fried calamari this tender and plentiful, along with a salmon so succulent. Rounding out third base, the tiramisu was an absolute grand slam. Heading down the stretch, disaster was averted when our busser, Erlish, found my wallet after I had left. It was a game-saving catch and a walk-off moment that sealed a winning night. Casa Stellina hits out out of the park every time!

  Went to Casa Stellina for the first time last night with my husband. We were celebrating an anniversary and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our server Marlon was, how he went out of his way to make the evening so special, the service was impeccable. He truly went above and beyond to provide us with such an amazing experience. We will definitely be back, thank you!!

  Wow, seriously impressed with this place, every dish our group ordered was phenomenal. Fresh pasta just like the old country, Pizzas better than a pizzeria, and every piece of meat cooked perfectly My only gripe was service was SLOWWWWWW. Took almost 1.5 hrs from sit down till we actually got our main courses. Other than that service was great, friendly staff and kept everyone's drinks full

  I hosted a bereavement lunch here for my family after my father’s funeral, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mike was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful during such a difficult time. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the abundance and quality of the food—it was exceptional. I’m so grateful we found this restaurant.

  If I could give Mike and his team a million stars, I would! We hosted my son’s baptism celebration at Casa Stellina, and they truly exceeded every expectation. The food, staff, and atmosphere were absolutely phenomenal. Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with and genuinely brought our vision to life. His staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always smiling. A very special shoutout to Louis, he was AMAZING! If you’re looking for the perfect place to host an event or even just enjoy an incredible meal, I highly recommend Casa Stellina. Our family and friends are still raving about the food. One guest is already planning their shower there! We are lifelong customers, and I can’t thank Mike enough for making this experience so memorable, meaningful, and truly incredible. Thank you!!

  Went in with no expectations and left seriously impressed. The food and drinks were outstanding, and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive, my water glass was never empty, and they made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The manager, Mike, checked in to make sure everyone was enjoying their meals, and you can really tell how well the place is run by how smoothly the whole team works together. And don’t skip dessert, it was absolutely amazing. Very impressed and will definitely be back.

  One of my favorite long island Italian restuarants. Great service and food. Fried artichokes and fresh pasta are great. Had the steak Florentine once and it was excellent. Veal cutlet was also amazing.

  Today we had our Christmas party. I have been to this resteraunt before and it's always been amazing. Today was no different the food was off the charts and the staff went above and beyond. You will be hard pressed to find better Italian food anywhere on Long Island. Special shout out to Mike the GM and our servers Nick and Marvin - the chef came out and we all thanked him for the amazing food. I believe his name in Mike Momado but doesn't matter the place is simply outstanding.

  We had our work Christmas party with over 20 people and everything was amazing! The staff was great and the chef even came out to see how we liked the food. The pizza, salad, chicken parm, penne ala vodka and dessert spread were all top notch. We will definitely be back next year. One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to.

  I threw a bridal shower for my friend this past Saturday and knew I had to leave a review (I normally don’t), Mike the Manager was AMAZING!!!! Honestly, the entire staff provided exceptional service, was super helpful, kept checking on us and also asking to help setup. I traveled 3 hours to go to this restaurant and would absolutely have another even here. 10/10 recommend, the aesthetic, staff, vibes just everything AMAZING!!!!

  My husband and I went here last night for our 7 year wedding anniversary. The atmosphere, food, and service was superb. They greeted us by name, acknowledged our anniversary, gave us time to enjoy our meal and drinks and created a classy, yet warm environment to celebrate our special occasion. Having worked in fine dining myself, and coming from an Italian family where food = love, I can honestly say I am so happy to have a place like this in my neighborhood. My only regret is not coming here sooner!

  I had my bridal shower here a few weeks ago and it was amazing! Mike, the manager, was so helpful and made sure everything went perfectly; and the staff were all super nice and attentive.They had a great menu of things to choose from that were served family style for my guests, and everyone kept raving about how good the food was, especially their chicken parm. I had 45 guests and had my shower in the main dining room that can hold up to 60, but they also have a gorgeous back room as well for smaller groups!! Would highly recommend for a rehearsal dinner or baby/bridal shower!

  Absolutely amazing service. Food was delicious, ambience was beautiful, and the waiter was incredible. We drove two hours from CT to spend time with family and Marlin, our waiter made our night feel so special. We all have specific dietary needs and he made sure everyone was so well taken care of. We will be returning and telling all of our friends about this place!

  Stopped into Casa Stellina on a a Wednesday night. A good amount of people here for dinner and drinks.. they opened the outside windows so inside was a pleasant breeze.. I ordered Pulp Al Sugo. What is that you ask? Meatballs in tomato sauce. While told traditional,the meat balls had veal, beef , pork, and lamb.Delicious! The - Special dessert- rainbow cookie donut’s gelato ala mode. Yum. Did I mention Yum. I plan to come again and try their other meals.

  Great experience at Casa Stellina. Was welcomed in like we were family. The manager/owner Michael was very accommodating to our seating request. Great food including the chicken and veal parm! Professional fast but not intrusive service. Ambience was great, a little loud but overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

  Such amazing food! My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary and the staff was so kind and friendly, from the hostess to our waiter. We got the fried artichoke, the halibut (one of the specials), and spicy rigatoni al la vodka. The food was delicious. The food, atmosphere, and the staff were all great. They also gave us dessert on them for our anniversary which was so kind of them. Our second time here and we will definitely be coming back.

  We went to Casa Stellina for my daughter's birthday. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and she asked whose birthday it was based on our Open Table reservation. She wished my daughter a happy birthday. The service was good and the staff checked on us to see if everything was OK. My daughter didn't care for one dish and the waiter took it off the bill, no questions asked. We ordered one dessert to share and I was surprised that it didn't have a candle. When the check arrived, I asked the waiter if they normally provide a birthday candle. He said to wait a few minutes, then came back with 2 complimentary desserts with a candle. This is a classy restaurant and our waiter Marlon was great.

  This is a great new addition to Farmingdale. My friend and I decided to have dinner here because the decor was so classy and chic. What we didn't expect was how wonderful the service would be too! Our waiter did an excellent job of checking on us frequently and giving great recommendations. As other reviews have mentioned, the food and wine were great and the portions were large. Seriously, the bread, the pasta, and the dessert were to die for. I will definitely be returning for a fancy date night!

  My wife and I decided to celebrate our 50th anniversary at Casa Stellina. It is local for us and our past experiences at the establishment was quite enjoyable. Services was tremendous without being hurried. From the initial greeters to the service people they made us feel like real guests. We started with well made drinks and artichoke fritters, delicate and non greasy. We split the octopus appetizer which was tender but charred perfectly and an orange and fennel salad both pallet cleansing and refreshing. Our Pacchieri pasta also split between us was creamy, Lucious and al dente, a different taste from our usual red sauce. Our final shared plate was the bronzini with asparagus, filet and cooked the way we preferred it. Mike who overseas the staff and quality was considerate and made sure our orders were to our liking. Sometimes the details, the night and the people help make an enjoyable evening. Mike finished by offering us a gift of table made tiramisu prepared by himself. Delicate and fresh. These two love birds thought highly of the dining experience and will be back. Kudos to you, your staff and a first rate chef. We will be back.

  The Brasato Di Manzo Al Barolo was the best meal of my life. I needed this meal so badly and im so happy i went for it. I don’t usually like to dine out and spent much money on food. But this was worth every penny, and i would come back again and again. Lovely space and lovely staff. Taylor, the hostess, was very warm and friendly and started the experience off on a positive note!! We were sat with nick and another waitress, i don’t remember her name but she was so sweet! Fast service, good quality, this is definitely a gem in the area.

  My fiancé and I had our engagement party at Stellina and I have to say we were absolutely blown away by the food the atmosphere and most importantly the staff. They were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that my fiancé and I, as our guests were happy. I can’t say enough good things the manager Mike went above and beyond for us To make sure that the attention to detail was perfect. He also made sure that the food was perfect and that everybody was having a good time. I also want to shout out Ari, Marlon, Siobhan And Eric (Please forgive me if I got any of these names incorrect) As everyone involved in our party, made sure that everything was perfect and that all guests were happy. So many of my attendees, let me know that the food was incredible, the drinks were incredible and that they would definitely be coming back for date nights or girls night out!   The food at Stellina is exceptional. Been a foodie for 45 years and this is the best spot on Main Street and some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had. Meatballs are to die for. Pasta is really good, homemade, and the sauces on all the food are next level. Try the Strozzapretti pasta, best pasta dish I’ve ever had.

  I don’t think I can express our gratitude towards Mike and the staff at casa Stellina. From the atmosphere to the food and the service. Everything and everyone was above and beyond. I don’t even think I ever left a restaurant review but the service was so great I had to. We held our son’s baptism there over the weekend and we can honestly say everything was perfect. Mike even made sure my son (who has a severe dairy allergy) was able to eat. As an allergy parent you know how hard this is while out to eat and not have to worry. We come from a family of restaurant and pizza owners and and they too could not stop raving about the flavors and taste of the food. While planning Mike was always friendly, readily available and answered all my questions. Marlin and the staff were efficient and knowledgeable when it came to serving and not one guest had a bad thing to say. What a wonderful day and we cannot thank Mike and the crew at casa Stellina enough.

What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. Nick, our server, was hands down the best I’ve had in a long time. Attentive without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly—he made us feel like VIPs the entire night. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and service exceed expectations, but this one absolutely nails it. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know.
