The information we collect, what we do with it, and how to opt out.
We're a neighborhood ristorante — we collect what we need to seat you, send a confirmation, or follow up on a private event, and nothing more. This page describes that in plain English.
What we collect
- Reservations & gift cards: name, email, phone, party size, occasion, and any notes you leave.
- Contact / private events: the details you share when you write to us.
- Website analytics: aggregate page views, device type, and approximate location — used to measure how guests find us. You can opt out (see below).
How we use it
Who we share it with
- Our reservation and email systems, used solely to process your request.
- Google Analytics & Meta — only when you accept analytics cookies. They never see your reservation details, only anonymized site usage.
- We do not sell your personal information, ever, full stop.
Your choices (CCPA / state privacy laws)
California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other state residents have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about them, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, email info@casastellinany.com and we'll respond within 45 days.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel for aggregate site measurement and ad performance — anonymized only, never tied to your inquiry details. To opt out:
- Use your browser's privacy controls — we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically.
- Or email info@casastellinany.com and we'll exclude your address from future analytics.
