Italian,
at dusk.
Casa Stellina is the evening side of our family — the warm room where dinner becomes a long one.

A name that
runs in the family.
Casa Stellina is a sister to Stellina Ristorante in Oyster Bay, and to the kitchen that started it all — Stella Ristorante in Floral Park, opened by Adriana Milana's grandparents in 1960.
Stellina — little star. Casa — house. Casa Stellina is the house around the star. Different room, same hands.
Chef Fabrizio
Facchini.
Fabrizio came up through Italy's kitchens — from the traditions of Emilia-Romagna to Michelin-starred rooms in its capital cities. In 2012 he earned his place in the Michelin Italy Guide, and he has been listed every year since.
He is an Ambasciatore del Gusto — recognized by the Italian American Chamber for carrying the standards of the Italian kitchen into the United States.
At Casa Stellina, he cooks the way he cooks for his family. Carefully. Honestly. Without theater. Pasta is rolled before service. Sauces simmer from the afternoon. If you have a question, he would rather you ask than guess.
- Listed in the Michelin Italy Guide since 2012

- Over twenty-five years in Italian kitchens
